For Mercator product questions, integration help, service-listing requests, or reproducible bug reports, email mercator@tempo.xyz. Include the public route, expected behavior, actual behavior, approximate time, and a minimal sanitized reproduction when those details are relevant. Never send private keys, access tokens, payment credentials, signatures, raw provider payloads, personal data, or job identifiers. The team may ask for additional non-sensitive diagnostic details after reviewing the report.

Agents already connected through MCP can call send_product_feedback after showing the user a sanitized draft and receiving permission to send it. That tool is intended for Mercator product feedback and bug reports. Completed-job service-quality reviews use create_job_review instead. Service owners seeking catalog inclusion should provide their service URL, documentation, supported payment protocol, capabilities, and machine-readable API description.
